Our grazing tables are designed as an abundant appetizer or grazing experience rather than a full meal. Depending on your event and guest count, we offer options starting at 30+ guests, with larger tables serving 300+ guests.
Do you provide setup?
Yes. Every grazing table includes professional setup. Our handcrafted grazing boards arrive freshly prepared and are carefully arranged at your venue, then finished with greenery, serving utensils, and presentation details so everything is ready for your guests.
Do I need to provide a table?
Yes. Clients typically provide the table for the grazing display. If you don't have one available, 6 ft table and linen rentals can be added during checkout for your convenience.
Can the grazing table remain outdoors?
Yes, provided the table is placed in a shaded area and isn't exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. During warmer months, we recommend serving the table shortly after setup to maintain peak freshness and quality.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak wedding season. Last-minute availability may be possible, but early reservations are always encouraged.
Do you deliver throughout the DMV?
Yes. Honeyleaf Platters proudly delivers throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance.
What's included with Signature Elevated Styling?
Signature Elevated Styling (+$150) adds height and dimension to your Classic Grazing Display with risers, elevated serving pieces, stands, and enhanced decorative styling. After your celebration, we'll return at a pre-arranged time to collect all reusable Honeyleaf display pieces.
What does “6ft Grazing Table” mean?
The 6ft measurement refers to the approximate length of the completed grazing display, not necessarily the size of the table itself. Our grazing tables are created using handcrafted wooden grazing boards that are arranged together at your venue to form one continuous display.
