Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Honeyleaf Platters. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Use of Website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, services, pricing, and inclusions. Because we work with fresh and seasonal ingredients, exact ingredients, colors, florals, garnishes, and presentation may vary based on seasonality and availability.
Photos shown on our website and social media are examples of previous work and are intended to represent our overall style. Each order and event is individually created and may vary from the examples shown.
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions when necessary to maintain quality and to correct pricing, availability, or description errors.

Order Policies
Orders are subject to availability and should be placed at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Event catering dates and times are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
Changes to an existing order are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Delivery and Pickup
We deliver throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and distance from Arlington, Virginia.
Delivery and setup times are scheduled in advance but may be affected by traffic, weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe and timely access to the delivery or event location.
For event setups, the client must provide an appropriate table or surface and ensure venue access at the agreed setup time. Any special loading, parking, security, elevator, or venue access requirements should be communicated to Honeyleaf in advance.
Someone must be available to receive the order or provide access to the event space at the scheduled time.

Grazing Table Styling
Standard grazing table pricing includes Flat Lay Styling. Food is beautifully arranged on our handmade wooden platters with raised side edges and presented together to create a continuous grazing display. During setup, we complete the presentation with standard florals, serving tongs, serving utensils, and plates.
Signature Event Styling is available for an additional fee and adds a multilayered presentation using risers, stands, crates, and elevated serving pieces to create varying heights and dimension.
Styling and rental pieces provided by Honeyleaf remain the property of Honeyleaf Platters and will be collected after the event.
Photos on our website and social media represent previous events and may be used as styling inspiration. Each grazing table is individually created, and exact replication of a previous display cannot be guaranteed.

Food & Dietary Policy
Food Selection & Substitutions
Our platters and grazing tables are thoughtfully curated using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Exact cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, accompaniments, garnishes, and other selections may vary based on seasonality and availability.
Grazing tables are curated by Honeyleaf and are not selected item-by-item from a fixed menu. Clients are welcome to share favorite ingredients, preferences, or items they would like us to avoid, and we will accommodate requests whenever reasonably possible. Specific brands, varieties, or ingredients cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Allergies & Dietary Requests
We can accommodate certain dietary preferences and requests, including vegetarian, nut-free, and gluten-free options.
However, all products are prepared in a shared environment where nuts, dairy, gluten, meats, and other common allergens are handled. Honeyleaf Platters is not an allergen-free facility, and we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur.
Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should contact us before placing an order so we can determine whether we can safely accommodate their needs.

Serving Accessories
Grazing table setups include standard serving tongs, serving utensils, and plates as described with the selected service. For other orders, disposable plates, napkins, utensils, and serving accessories may be available as optional add-ons. Inclusions vary by product and are listed on the applicable product or ordering page.
