Our grazing tables are designed as an abundant appetizer or grazing experience rather than a full meal. Depending on your event and guest count, we offer options starting at 30+ guests, with larger tables serving 300+ guests.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak wedding season. Last-minute availability may be possible, but early reservations are always encouraged.
Do you provide setup?
Yes. Every grazing table includes professional on-site setup, ensuring a beautiful presentation that's ready for your guests to enjoy. We carefully arrange every detail before your event begins.
Do you deliver throughout the DMV?
Yes. Honeyleaf Platters proudly delivers throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance.
Do I need to provide a table?
Yes. Clients typically provide the table for the grazing display. If you don't have one available, 6 ft table and linen rentals can be added during checkout for your convenience.
Can the grazing table remain outdoors?
Yes, provided the table is placed in a shaded area and isn't exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. During warmer months, we recommend serving the table shortly after setup to maintain peak freshness and quality.
What's included with Signature Event Styling?
Signature Event Styling (+$150) elevates your grazing table with layered styling, premium display stands, risers, crates, and carefully selected decorative elements to create a truly memorable presentation. Once your celebration is over, we'll return at a pre-arranged time—either after the event or the following day—to collect all Honeyleaf Platters display and styling items, so you can simply relax and enjoy your celebration.
