Use of Website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

We make every effort to provide accurate product information including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Due to seasonal variations, products may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.

Order Policies

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your event.

Orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the event; changes within 48 hours may be subject to additional fees.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery areas include Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and surrounding DMV locations.

A flat delivery fee of $20 applies for deliveries within a 20-mile radius of Arlington, VA.

Deliveries beyond this radius may incur additional charges.

Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Clients must ensure someone is present to receive the order at the scheduled time.

Deliveries require a safe and accessible drop-off location.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. 

No refunds on custom or perishable products after delivery or pickup.

Liability

We provide all products “as is” and assume no liability for allergic reactions, improper storage, or consumption of our products. Clients are responsible for appropriate handling and refrigeration after delivery.

Return policy

At Honeyleaf Platters, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, please review our return and refund policy carefully:

Returns:
Because our products are crafted fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns on charcuterie boards, fruit platters, or other food items.

Refunds:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at order@honeyleafplatters.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations:
Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges due to the customized and perishable nature of our products. However, if you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us.
